Additional Information!

  • Be civil and respectful when inquiring a commission piece!

  • I will be opening 5 SLOTS for my commisssions, once they are full you will be put on the waiting list until my commission slots have been freed again!

  • Any other things that I have not stated in my Will/Won't Draw list can be asked for and I will let you know if I will be able to draw them or not.

  • If I end up feeling uncomfortable with the given inquiry, it is within my right to deny said inquiry work immediately.

  • If the Commission Inquiry has detailed information, it is required to share as much references as you possibly have for said inquiry. The more refs, the merrier!

  • Any further unmentioned additions towards the commissions (ex. additional details in Illustration pieces, Alts to Character Designs, etc.) will be accounted for in the pricing.

  • FOR COMMISSIONS WITH DEADLINES - a fee of 15% of the commission's price will be added into the receipt.

  • By commissioning me you agree to letting me stream any SFW art process of it live on my Twitch, unless an NDA is made.

  • FOR COMMISSIONS WITH NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS - a fee of 10% of the inquiry's price will be added into the receipt.

  • I will try to often update with sketches and progress of the artwork but if I haven't notified you within a week due to personal circumstances PLEASE send me a message! My work speed tends to change and it is encouraged to be active in DMs.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY

Uses of my art in Reselling, AI & NFT is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

  • All rights for the commissions are reserved towards the creator.

  • Do not make major edit or change the finalized commissioned artwork unless discussed or used for Commercial Purposes.

  • You are allowed to use your commissions for PERSONAL USE (ex. profile icon/banner, about pages, website cosmetics, etc.) with credits and a link to any of my social media pages or Carrd.

  • FOR COMMERCIAL USES (Merchandise, Advertisements, Vtuber Mascots and Designs) a fee of 15% is required to be added towards the commission's overall price.

  • If the Fee Invoice has not been paid within a week's notice, the Commissioned Inquiry will be immediately cancelled.

  • Commission Fee Cancellation is prohibited. Any chargeback will immediately guarantee a ban from me.

Further Infringements will retract your use of any commissioned artwork that I made, a ban from future commission inquiries, and a Public notice of warning for other artists to look out for.
